8 Our CEO’s New Employment Agreement Strongly A ligned with Stockholder Interests In Nov. 2020, the Company entered into a new employment agreement with Douglas Lebda , securing his continued leadership as our Chairman & CEO through Dec. 31, 2023 In connection with his new employment agreement, our Founder & CEO Mr .
